Beginning the therapy process can be intimidating. My goal is to hold space for my clients and their stories. I aim to create trust and safety within our relationship. We will spend our first session getting to know one another and discussing your goals for therapy.

Our office is off Old Hickory Blvd behind the Target. The sign in front of the building will say Jani-King. Once you arrive, take the stairs, and turn right on the second floor. Go straight until you reach the end of the building and then turn left. Our office is on the right.
